USPS FIRST CLASS labels do not include shipping insurance. This means if the United States Post Office misplace or damage a package with a USPS First Class Label, there is no insurance claim that can be opened on such label. No refund, replacement or reimbursement will be issued.

If you would like shipping insurance, please select USPS PRIORITY MAIL label as there is a $50 value insurance automatically included in this label. If more is needed, please contact shop for assistance. 

 

Signature Required is recommended if there are known porch pirates in your area. Contact store for this upcharge as a separate fee. Adding "signature required" to a label protects the customer if the tracking states "delivered" and you did not receive the package. If not purchased and is "delivered" but not received, customer will have to work directly with USPS for a "missing package" investigation to ensue.
