FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO OPEN AN ESTORE?

We ask that your student Roster is 500+ students to use our online estore showcasing custom school spirit wear. A.) We create your design(s) for you and show them on an electronic proof page on all the garments and colors you select. B.) When you have approved your art, we will set up your eStore with the pre-approved details and store closing date. C.) Once step B is complete, you will receive a link to your store which can be shared via email, school web page, social media, etc. 

IS THERE A FEE TO USING AN ESTORE?

No, there is no fee for using our eStore services.

HOW DOES PRICING WORK?

Estores do not benefit from bulk pricing. When using our eStore feature, you will receive eStore pricing on each item. This is a flat cost for you. You can then set your selling price to the amount you would like, up-to 30%. Anything made over the eStore pricing is going to be your profit amount.

CAN WE SHIP DIRECT TO CUSTOMERS' ADDRESS?

We offer two options for delivery on eStore orders. We can ship orders directly to the coordinator (school or home address) or we offer the direct to customer option where orders are shipped direct to your customer's home. The starting price for individual shipping & handling is based on current USPS rates & zip codes. You would need to choose one of the shipping options before setting up your eStore. Please let your sales rep know which option you would like to use and they can ensure the right option is selected. By default, we set up going to coordinator's address.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ESTORE RECOMMENDATIONS?

When you’re setting up your online store, we highly recommend erring on the side of LOWER sales when thinking out markup pricing – worst case scenario. This is very important if you are using the sale as a fundraiser. For these purposes, it will also be prudent to have a store open for 3 weeks (for example) instead of running the sale for just 5 days. The longer the store is open, the likelihood of higher sales and a resulting LOWER unit price from us. We also suggest to keep the amount of designs and products lower. The more designs you may offer often will lower the order total for each design which will make your final cost of those designs higher. The higher your cost, the lower profit a school makes. We suggest running a campaign for about a month with 1-2 designs and if you want to offer additional designs, reopen the eStore and run a new campaign the following month. This has shown the best results. Often a family only wants to spend X amount in a month on school apparel. They may like each design but are not able to buy each one all in one month.

We suggest on keeping the amount of designs and products to a low amount of 1-2 per campaign. The more designs you may offer often will lower the order total for each design which will make your final cost of those designs higher. The higher your cost, the lower profit a school makes. We suggest running a campaign for about a month with 1-2 designs and if you want to offer additional designs, reopen the eStore and run a new campaign the following month. This has shown the best results. Often a family only wants to spend X amount in a month on school apparel. They may like each design but are not able to buy each one all in one month.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON ITEMS IN THE ESTORE?

You can have 5 variables in your eStore, meaning, a mixture of colors, artwork designs or apparel items. Example: 1 design offered on a t-shirt with 2 shirt color options and also offered on a long sleeve t-shirt with 2 shirt color options is 5 variables. Based on previous customers- I would limit the amount of products the first run to see how many people actually order. We suggest on keeping the amount of designs and products to a low amount of 1-2 per campaign. IS THERE A LIMIT ON DESIGNS FOR SHIRTS?

Due to the amount of time it takes for our art department to generate proofs- we suggest limiting your store down to 2-4 designs- where if you keep the designs the same you can mix and match the products.. where lets say you have one design with two ink colors- on a short sleeve t-shirt- which could also work with having that same design on a hoodie and/or long sleeve t-shirts as well.
