First and foremost, thank you for considering working with us on your upcoming big order. Before moving forward, there are a few details to review. Learning and understanding these details help protect us the seller and you the buyer in efforts of facilitating a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish.
Bulk Order or Group Order?
Will you be placing a Bulk Order or a Group Order?
Bulk orders with 15+ items qualify for a 15% discount. Group orders do not qualify for any discounts.
What is the difference?
Bulk orders are orders that use the same exact design and colors on the same style garments. Example: using a cheer design in the color glitter red on a black sweatshirt and the only variations are the sizes. A group order is a large order but each item is personalized to a player's or athlete's name and/or number instead of using the team's name. This requires more prep time to design each person's artwork and thus do not qualify for any discount.
Production Time
The next big question is regarding turnaround time. For large orders, we ask for a 10 business day turnaround before shipping out. More is involved in processing larger orders and more time is needed to limit possible mistakes.
Shipping Basics
Lastly, is shipping. There is a lot to discuss within the topic of shipping...the shipping time, shipping insurance, shipping cost and signature required.
The shipping time is determined by the shipping classification selected with ground shipping being the most economical. We will provide you an estimated shipping quote (depending on the classification and add-ons selected on the inquiry form).
Shipping Insurance
Next up is insurance coverage for your package during shipping. We highly recommend adding insurance to large orders. As this will protect you in the event that the 3rd party carrier misplaces or damages your package during delivery. Most people assume if their shipment is lost, the shipping company will gladly open a claim and be responsible for refunding the customer. Or that the seller is responsible to replace or refund the customer. This is not the case. Packages with insurance will get a refund. While packages without insurance will not have any recourse aside from the carrier opening a "missing package investigation" to conduct a search. This process is long and ultimately, if they deem your package as missing, they will not issue a refunded if it does not have insurance. The insurance cost is based off the order's value.
Package Signature
Lastly regarding shipping, is if 'Signature Required' is needed. Are there known porch pirates in your area? If the tracking number states "delivered" and you did not receive it and there is no "signature required" purchased, then the only recourse of action is to contact and work with the carrier directly to search and confirm it's delivery. Ultimately, if it is determined by the carrier that it was delivered, then nothing else can be done - no replacement, no refund from them or from our shop. In conclusion, insurance and signature required are not mandatory but are very highly recommended. Both can save a lot of headache down the road when the unthinkable happens.
